Our clients have a Care Manager available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 Our highly skilled field supervisors will conduct an in-home/facility consultation to assess client’s need- physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. A comprehensive, personalized care plan will be developed to ensure the right services are provided. We select a professional caregiver based on the client’s needs, preferences, personality, and schedule. Supervisors will periodically visit the client to ensure the caregiver is completing all assigned tasks. AKH management team will also communicate and share information with families and the facility about the client’s care while ensuring that your loved one receives the right care at the right time.
