In 2004, Winnah Fajarillo, RN, saw the same heartbreak play out again and again: families buried in paperwork, and dedicated caregivers leaving a profession they loved for lack of support. She knew that for senior care to truly work, it had to be sustainable. Winnah began with a single Adult Family Home and one simple promise: to build a company where the heart to care was matched by the systems to succeed. Today, that vision has grown into a multi-division organization serving seniors and families across Washington and Arizona, with California on the way.
