A Kind Heart Home Health agency is a DOH licensed Home Care agency operated by a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience, serving the community.

We provide multiple services depending on the needs of the individual requiring assistance.

Home Health Services

We provide multiple services, depending on the needs of the individual requiring assistance.

Companion care, which includes light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, providing socialization, meal preparation.

Personal care, which includes grooming, bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility, light exercises/rehab per PT instructions and medication reminders.

Taking the client for respite such as a picnic in the park, or generally for getting fresh air.

Accompany client to doctor appointments.

PRIVATE CAREGIVING

Having the necessary staff when they’re most needed isn’t always given.

Our highly trained Certified Nursing Assistants are always ready to step in to fill those gaps.
