Winnah Javier-Fajarillo, BSN, RN

Chief Executive Officer
winnah@akindheartinc.com

A Heart-Driven Leader in Senior Care

For Winnah, caregiving is more than a profession—it’s a deeply rooted calling shaped by her upbringing, values, and unwavering commitment to serving others. As the Founder and CEO of A Kind Heart Healthcare Services, Winnah brings a unique blend of Filipino values and American healthcare excellence to ensure that seniors receive not just care, but compassion, dignity, and love.

From the Philippines to the U.S.: A Journey of Dedication

Winnah’s journey into healthcare began in the Philippines, where she trained as a registered nurse and developed a profound respect for elder care. In Filipino culture, elders are cherished and cared for within the family, a value that was instilled in her from childhood. Inspired by her grandmother’s kindness and generosity, she carried this deep sense of respect and service with her when she moved to the United States. Determined to continue her passion for nursing, she re-earned her RN credentials in the U.S., dedicating years to working in hospital settings. However, her heart always gravitated toward seniors, and she saw an opportunity to make a greater impact beyond hospital walls—one where care could be more personal, meaningful, and rooted in connection.

The Birth of A Kind Heart Healthcare Services

With the encouragement of her husband and the unwavering support of her two children, Winnah shifted her focus from acute hospital care to helping seniors age with dignity in their own homes. This vision led to the creation of A Kind Heart Healthcare Services, an agency built on the very principles that shaped her life—respect, compassion, and a belief that every senior deserves to be valued, heard, and loved. “We strive to create a nurturing environment where every client feels valued, respected, and loved,” Winnah shares. “Our vision is to be a beacon of hope and support in the community, fostering connections that enrich the lives of seniors and their families.”

A Legacy of Compassion

Winnah’s passion, leadership, and unwavering commitment to senior care continue to shape A Kind Heart Healthcare Services into more than just a home care agency—it is a lifeline of support, love, and dignity for seniors and their families.
Looking to the future, Winnah hopes to expand A Kind Heart’s impact on the community, further strengthening its mission of compassion and service. A Kind Heart remains deeply committed to giving back, believing that care should have no boundaries.
